These terms and conditions govern your use of the "Hazri" App (referred to as "the App"), which is powered by Tactintact Partners Private Limited (referred to as "Tactintact Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tactintact.
Use of the App
- You must be at least 15 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Tactintact Partners, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
- In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App.
Subscription Based Payment Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your subscription to the "Hazri" App (referred to as "the App") on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not subscribe to the App.
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans for accessing the features and functionalities of the App. The details of each subscription plan, including the duration, pricing, and features included, are provided at the time of subscription. By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for the selected subscription plan in accordance with the payment terms set forth herein.
Payment
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information and to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure that your payment for the subscription remains current and valid. Payment for the subscription will be processed through the payment method specified by you at the time of subscription. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the selected payment method.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for a subsequent subscription period of the same duration as the original subscription period. The subscription renewal will be charged at the then-current subscription fee for the selected subscription plan, unless otherwise notified by us.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided within the App or by contacting customer support. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will continue to have access to the App until the end of the current subscription period, and your subscription will not renew for the subsequent subscription period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and/or access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.
Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or revise our subscription plans and pricing at any time without prior notice. Any changes to subscription plans or pricing will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. By continuing to use the App after the posting of any changes to subscription plans or pricing, you accept and agree to abide by the modified or revised subscription plans and pricing.
Refunds
Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unused features or functionalities of the App.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan (India), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Tactintact Partners Private Limited has reserve the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
